Over the past 10 years, over 24 million electric vehicles launched by "Emma" on the market have all used electric vehicle front bowls produced by Henglong, and there have been no quality accidents with over 24 million sets of front bowls.

    As early as 2002, Henglong Automobile Industry produced bicycle front bowls for Emma's predecessor, Taimei Bicycle Factory. In March 2007, Emma entered the electric vehicle industry, and Henglong Automobile Industry developed a new type of electric vehicle front bowl product, which began supporting Emma electric vehicles.

    The front bowl is one of the core components of electric vehicles, and high-end electric vehicle brands have extremely high precision requirements for this component. For many years, Henglong Automobile Industry has continuously improved the product grade of the front bowl. Through comprehensive technological transformation and the selection of high-quality steel raw materials, it has produced more stable and high-precision front bowl products, and gradually abandoned low-end customers. It has chosen to cooperate with the top ten domestic and foreign brands in the bicycle and electric vehicle industry, in order to maintain the continuous upward development vitality of the enterprise.

    With the further implementation of Henglong Auto's strategy to explore the high-end market, Henglong Auto has become the largest manufacturer and supplier of two wheeled bicycle front bowls and center axle components in China. The 40 million sets of front bowls produced each year account for 25% of global front bowl sales. 40% of the products produced by the company are supporting domestic first tier electric bicycle brands such as Emma, Yadi, Lvyuan, Xinri, Lujia, and Fujida, 10% of the products are used for high-end boutique bicycles. At the same time, various types of car front bowls produced by Henglong are also exported to countries and regions such as Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States, and all products are under independent brands.
